We offer a variety of quality beef as you would find in the finest restaurants including Kobe, USDA Prime and Certified Angus Beef. You will also find grass-fed beef, and our own Schnucks brand of natural meats, “Never Ever,” which means the beef was naturally raised. Our Pride of the Farm Pork and Never Ever Pork are high quality pork raised in the Midwest.  Perdue poultry selections are perfect for those customers looking for quality chicken and turkey.

And again, everything you see in our cases is cut fresh each day.
Pure ground chuck, round and sirloin are ground throughout the day and our meat team creates some of the finest, tastiest sausage available. It also ground in-store from fresh-never-frozen meat seasoned with natural old world spices.
