Boars Head Recalls Salame Panino
Product may be contaminated with Salmonella
Boar’s Head has issued a recall on Salame Panino because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella. This recall is secondary to the Daniele Foods recall of Jan. 22. Symptoms of foodborne Salmonella infection include nausea, vomiting, fever, diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Schnucks customers are encouraged to check for the 8-ounce product with UPC: 0-42421-16071. No other Boar’s Head brand products are involved in this recall.
Customers may return the specified product to their nearest Schnucks for a full refund.
