Nestle Foods Recalls Lean Cuisine Tuscan Chicken Entrée

            Nestle Foods has recalled select packages of Lean Cuisine Tuscan Chicken Entrée because the product may contain small pieces of plastic.  Customers are urged to check for the 12.5-ouce package with UPC: 01380014890 and one of the following pairs of production codes and “best before” dates found on the right-end flap of the package.

            Schnucks and Logli customers in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Mississippi may return the specified product to their nearest store for a full refund or exchange.
